The CC&Rs and Bylaws govern the functioning of the Cherry Hill Townhomes Homeowners Association, including the election of the Board, provisions for architecural/appearance compliance, and the establishing assessments and fines.

The CC&Rs and ByLaws documents were fully revised and approved by vote of the Members in 2014. Earlier versions of these documents are no longer valid and should be discarded.

Amendment to Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions Establishing and Governing Cherry Hills Townhomes
Commonly referred to as the CC&Rs, this lengthy document (50 pages) outlines in greater detail the Association. It is the governing document that details resposibilities and requirements, obligations, restrictions, and limitations for both management and homeowners.
This is the official plat map for 1102 West Peoria Avenue, filed with Maricopa County Recorder's Office. It includes dimensions of individual lots, common areas, and easements.
A complete copy of the Cherry Hill Homeowners Association insurance policy with Community Association Underwriters of America.
Note: This policy covers the units as built, in case of catastrophic loss (fire, tornado, etc.). It does not cover contents, upgradess, etc. These are covered only by individual owners' personal insurance policies .
